Exhibit at ACCME’s Learn to Thrive 2027 Meeting

Learn to Thrive 2027, our 11th annual meeting, will bring together 650+ accredited continuing education professionals that lead and manage educational programs at an impressive array of domestic and international healthcare organizations. Learn to Thrive is an essential gathering that fosters a community of practice for CE leaders and their stakeholders through sharing best practices, learning together, and supporting one another.

Learn to Thrive 2027 offers a unique opportunity to interact with decision-makers from CE organizations in the US and beyond. Companies providing products and services that benefit providers of CE and their clinician learners will have an opportunity to gain visibility and establish critical relationships.

Exhibitor package fee: $4,550*

The Learn to Thrive 2027 Exhibitor package includes:

  • Opportunity to exhibit in space that is adjacent to meeting and refreshment locations
  • One 6-foot exhibit table with two chairs, wastebasket, access to a 15-amp electric connection, and power strip
  • Wireless internet connection
  • One complimentary registration to Learn to Thrive 2027. Note: If an Exhibitor wishes to bring an additional representative to the meeting, they will need to register at the discounted exhibitor registration rate.
  • Twelve hours of open Exhibit Hall time over two days of the meeting. Tentative Schedule: Exhibit set-up will take place on Tuesday in the late afternoon. The exhibit hall will be open Wednesday and Thursday, and the exhibit hall break-down will take place late Thursday afternoon.
  • Three networking breaks that occur in and adjacent to the Exhibit Hall
  • Learn to Thrive 2027 Welcome Reception in and adjacent to Exhibit Hall
  • Exhibitor acknowledgment with logo and hyperlink: in one pre-meeting promotional email, on the Learn to Thrive mobile app exhibitor tab. on the Learn to Thrive website exhibitor page
  • Half-page ad in the exhibitor brochure
  • Q&A session with ACCME leadership exclusively for exhibitors
  • Participation in the Exhibit Hall Challenge

Exhibitor package fee: $4,550*

Exhibitor brochures will be available to all meeting attendees both at the Check-in and Information Desk, upon their arrival, as well as throughout the Exhibit Hall. Enhance your ad by upgrading from a half-page ad to a full-page ad or double-page spread in the brochure.

  • Upgrade to a double-page spread: $1,000
  • Upgrade to a full-page ad: $500

Enhance your lead retrieval at the event by purchasing access to the digital scanning app. When attendees stop by your table, simply scan the code on their name badge to collect their contact information.
